- Assisting the leads with achieving Menopause-friendly accreditation, e.g. carrying out research, updating policy and compiling reports with information received by the leads
- Admin support for diversity & inclusion and wellbeing activity
- Updating HR content on internal communications platforms
- Researching new policy content
- Supporting the HR Team at the Welcome to Battersea Induction Marketplace

What are the benefits for me?
This volunteer role offers the opportunity to contribute to the work of an ambitious HR Team, contributing directly to our strategic work plan. It’s a great opportunity for someone who would like to begin a career in HR and find out more about the profession or to gain practical experience in HR alongside studying.
